About me

Hi! I'm Pablo, and 8percent Growth is my instrument to help startups grow and scale.

My experience spans two decades, and I have launched and scaled fast-growing startups/scaleups in B2C and B2B SaaS. I led Growth at Head of or C-level capacity at four companies. I've been part of two business exits and one IPO, but I’ve also experienced hitting the wall with some startups, so I have a few startup scars.

I now work with startups at a Fractional or Advisory level, using my expertise and knowledge to accelerate their success and mitigate their blunders. I understand the challenges of the startup journey, and I'm here to help you navigate it.
