This setup provides flexibility to have a strong leader on the team a few days a week to guide the growth and marketing function and prepare for the next growth stage.
The fractional setup is ideal for companies with marketing and growth resources that only need a C-Level leader part-time or are not ready to fully commit to this hire.

We'll define the objectives and map out a timeline. I'll embed into your team to integrate marketing, sales, and product to grow your business.
I'll have a weekly session with you or your team, and you'll also get support via email or IM between sessions.
We'll work based on objectives rather than on timesheets.
Also, I limit my number of Fractional clients to ensure they get everything from me to support their growth.
