Startups and scaleups at any of the following situations:
Experiencing stagnated growth
Planning to scale growth considerably
Looking to optimise or transition to Product-Led Growth
-
This a great way to get access to someone with the expertise and knowledge. These are my typical client profiles:
Startups that are ready for Growth
Founders who need guidance and feedback on growth initiatives
C-level, Directors, VPs and Heads of Growth and Marketing who need problem-solving and steering their function
-
Fractional:
This setup provides flexibility to have a strong leader on the team a few days a week to guide the growth and marketing function and prepare for the next growth stage.
The fractional setup is ideal for companies with marketing and growth resources that only need a C-Level leader part-time or are not ready to fully commit to this hire.
It is also suitable for companies that want to test the waters and see how a Fractional can boost their business.
Interim:
When a key resource leaves a company, hiring a permanent replacement is often tricky, with its intrinsic risks and timeframes.
Interim C-level executives usually join for anything between 3 and 12 months to ease the business transition and, if needed, help you recruit and onboard a replacement as an effective solution to the problem.
The interim option especially suits companies that need someone to commit 100% of their time to them, either to replace a lost executive or to bridge the arrival of the next one. Or when there is a crucial transitioning period in the business.

TL;DR
Advisor: Ongoing, strategic guidance, non-operational.
Consultant: Project-based, solution-oriented, often operational involvement.
Advisor: They provide ongoing guidance and strategic advice to a company or individual. Advisors typically have deep expertise in a specific area and are brought in to offer insights, perspectives, and recommendations to senior management or the board of directors.
Advisors may work on a long-term basis and are often involved at a high level, helping shape decisions and providing counsel over time. Their role is usually non-operational, meaning they don't execute or implement the strategies they suggest.
Advisors are sometimes part of advisory boards or retained as trusted external voices.
Consultant: They're typically hired for a specific project or to address a particular problem. Consultants conduct detailed analyses, provide solutions, and may be involved in implementing their recommendations.
Consultants are usually engaged on a short-term or project-based basis, with a focus on execution and deliverables within a set timeline.
They often provide specialised expertise and may work hands-on with teams to ensure the successful completion of their projects.

We'll work based on objectives rather than on timesheets.
Also, I limit my number of Fractional clients to ensure they get everything from me to support their growth.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution, and it depends on each client, their business needs, and their situation. It tends to be four months, which is a solid term to make a palpable impact and pave the way for sustainable growth.
However, some clients prefer a different length of engagement. Either way, we will work together to find what's best for you and your business.
-
Most clients tend to stay somewhere between 4 and 12 months, but it all depends on the business needs, and we can start small.
We will work together to determine what's best for you and your business.

Of course, I understand you may have a bunch of questions. Let's have a quick chat then. Your business' success is important, and we don't want to leave any blind spots. I'd happily answer these questions and see if there is a fit. Your business matters to us.
And if there isn't a fit, I'll also help you to get to the right people or resources.
